The 2013 Flagstaff Yoga Festival will be held at the acclaimed Flagstaff Arts & Leadership Academy
We are so excited to host the festival at this campus for a few reasons:
The campus neighbors the Museum of Northern Arizona – which is housed on a historic property in Northwest Flagstaff..
both the FALA campus and MNA property open up directly onto numerous trails – the Schultz trail system is right across the street – providing hikers and mountain bikers an amazing respite that leads into the forest, kachina peaks wilderness areas, and more.
The Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) also connects directly to this property, bringing our attendants the opportunity for peaceful hikes and bike rises into historic downtown Flagstaff via the trail network. The trail meanders through forest, footpaths, streamsides and wildflowers to connect these campuses with the downtown area. Much of Flagstaff can be accessed via bike in this way!
FALA is a unique campus where students have collaborated to build unique sculptures, mosaics, sustainable living landscaping and more – we think you will love the experience of this environment!
