Rock N Flow YinYasa Yoga with Amber Samplin :
YinYasa begins with passive seated postures to target the deeper layers of connective tissues in the body. Opening the body slowly allows for the release of deep toxins and creates fresh prana. This fresh prana is then gently moved throughout the body with a mellow Vinyasa sequence. By balancing the Yin and Yang aspects (lengthening and strengthening), the body eventually returns to its natural state of health. This therapeutic combination leaves one in a state of bliss and harmony! It’s time to feel good by experiencing the joy and freedom of full mobility in the body once again!
about Amber:
Amber’s yoga journey began in 1998. She instantly fell in love with how the practice allowed her mind, body and soul to harmoniously unite. These feelings were foreign to her competitive nature. Years of playing Softball and Volleyball left her feeling mentally and physically empty. She found a regular yoga practice to be just the counterbalance she needed. Finally, after many years and many yogic journeys she heeded to the call of teaching. Amber is a Yogaworks Certified 200 hr RYT. The training she received through her Master Instructor, Malacahi Melville, gave her the necessary tools and confidence to provide each student with proper alignment, intelligent sequencing, and creative healing techniques. Some of her other influences include Anthony “Prem” Carlisi, Dharma Mittra, and Paulie Zink. You’ll find Amber’s classes to be Healing and Uplifting in nature~always seeking the balance. Bringing yoga to the masses is truly her joy to share with everyone.
