I have been actively involved in traditional martial arts and eastern healing practices for over ten years. My studies have run the gamut from Ancient Chinese and Korean Qi Gong (Energy work), to Yoga, Pilates and traditional weight lifting modalities, with an overall emphasis on longevity and health practices.
I believe integration is one of the keys to successful training and as such my classes encompass, joint mobility, breathing exercises, and visualization drills as well as emphasizing total body movement. In this way we can begin to use our bodies as a single purposeful unit and improve health from the ground up.
Brendan is a Certified Kettlebell Teacher and a Certified Fitness Trainer.
