Brooke is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Reiki Master. Brooke began practicing yoga in 2002, starting with Ashtanga and Iyengar methods.  Over time she has expanded her study of yoga by moving into the more philosophical and scientific aspects which she formally studied at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Brooke incorporates her specialized bodywork and energy work training into her instructional style. She teaches in a holistic sense, incorporating movement, stillness, breath and sound to create an experience that is both physically stimulating and internally grounding. Brooke feels that helping people get in touch with their inner selves and heal is one of the greatest gifts she can give.  She invites her students and clients to journey deep within to discover the answers that we all inherently posses.  Come and experience yoga as an ancient form of union with the self. She is also a highly trained Myofascial Release Therapist, with ongoing training in Cranial, sound therapy and currently practices in downtown Flagstaff, AZ.  She works with individuals on a variety of energetic levels to assist them in deepening self awareness.
