Internal Alignment: Geeta Iyengar once said, "Structural misalignment leads to organic disfunction." Look deeply into the asanas for the true alignment that gives ease while building strength and awareness. Moving from the basics to more challenging poses and pranayama to experience this ease of mind and body.
Meet the Queen, Sarvangasana, Shoulder-stand pose. Using a structure approach learn OR refine your shoulder-stand in a safe environment. Sarvangasana is in many ways the most difficult of the inversions, requiring strength, flexibility & coordination. Put them all together and cool the lunar plexus and enjoy the peace of this great pose.
