Live an Inspiring Life: Discover the Power of EFT and the Five Simple Steps to Achieving Your Dreams

In this workshop, you will learn about a powerful tool for personal growth called Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT. This fascinating new psychological technique is an extremely effective method of quickly and easily releasing negative emotions, limiting beliefs, phobias, painful memories, stress, and so much more.
EFT involves simply tapping on specific acupressure points on your face and body as you think about something that normally would cause you to feel some kind of negative emotion. As you tap on these acupressure points, your energy begins to flow naturally again and you begin releasing your old patterns. As a result, a feeling of natural well-being and a new, more peaceful understanding begin to replace the negative emotions and beliefs.
We will begin the workshop with an introduction to EFT and then I will teach you how to use it for yourself. It’s an easy process to learn and will give you a powerful tool for improving every aspect of your life. If you like, while I am teaching you how to use EFT, you can use it to address a specific issue you would like to gently release during the workshop.
Next, I will show you how EFT can help free you from old patterns that have held you back from pursuing and achieving your dreams. I will introduce a simple five step process that is the foundation of my self-help program, Your Inspiring Life, and we will go through each step together.
The Five Steps to Living an Inspiring Life
1. Affirm: State your inspiring goal to the Universe.
2. Clear: Use EFT to release yourself from the negative issues and reactions that arise.
3. Envision: Visualize your goal in all its wonderful details and use a specific energetic technique to attract it to you in a powerful way.
4. Center: Use guided meditation to connect with the source of unconditional well-being within you.
5. Act: Take inspired action to achieve your dreams.
We will go through each of these steps together and I will guide you through some relaxing guided meditation processes as we do. I look forward to sharing the best of what I have discovered over the years with you in this workshop.

Laura graduated with honors from UC Irvine and attended graduate school at UC Berkeley.
