Lynn Fenske RN, MS, RYT, CAP is a nurse with experience in multiple areas of healthcare including pediatrics, adult care, mental health, disease management, and nursing education. In addition to her studies in allopathic medicine, she has branched out to eastern medicine. Specifically, she has studied Ayurveda with world renowned Dr.Vasant Lad and with this became a registered Ayur-Yoga teacher.

Her journey has led her to a place where she is continuously learning, teaching, speaking and practicing concepts of Eastern/Western medicine including balance in lifestyle through diet, exercise, yoga, meditation, and pranayama.

Lynn currently resides in Albuquerque, NM where she spends much of her free time outdoors as she enjoys running, hiking, biking, gardening and relaxing.
