Mia Hamza

Spicy Vinyasa

This workshop will focus on powerful fluidity; sneaking arm balances and inversions into vinyasas. With approachable transitions and strong core awareness, the energetics of “advanced” postures become accessible to the intermediate practitioner.

Sweet Vinyasa

This workshop will explore the softer, sweeter side of vinyasa. The practice will approach heart and hip-openers in a fluid manner; with an emphasis on balancing strength with softness and awakening the inner teacher.

Finding the Edge through Movement

This workshop is one of Mia’s  signature flow classes – inspired by chi, rooted in Ashtanga, and infused with creativity. Each yogi will find his/her edge through movement and explore what it means to ‘Let Go’ while doing the work.
