festival adds more workshops and a comedy keynote!

hello everyone!
the Flagstaff Yoga Festival has a few more workshops on the books as of today...Iala Jaggs of Sedona will be joining us for our festival! She will be hosting a few workshops, an amazing comedic evening show and a post-festival retreat in the Red Rocks of Sedona! below are some descriptions of her events:
THE EVER EXPANDING UNIVERSE OF YOGA ( workshop) :Ever since the Creator Consciousness let loose with the best Punch Line of all time sparking the BIG BUDDHA BELLY Laugh that continues to resound thru the Cosmos - consciousness has been ever expanding and ever evolving. The Great Cosmic Joke is that we are all sparks of that Divine Consciousness and as such we ARE Creator Consciousness. We create with every thought, word and deed. Yoga is a treasure map that was created by explorers of consciousness to assist us in GETTING the Divine Joke. As the terrain expands so must the map therefore it is our turn to charter new territories and upload new co-ordinates on the Spiritual GPS. In other words - as we evolve and as Yoga expands from its home in the East to our western culture we greatly benefit from its wisdom and we add our own flavor to the mix expanding and evolving yoga! Yoga means to harness or to yoke. In this workshop we will harness the energies of the southwest and its rich spiritual and environmental influences to create new asanas - asanas that will aid our body, minds and spirits in their expansion and awakening!! We will recognize the truth of our origins and become the Creator Consciousness. Creating a new practice for a New Day, a New World, a New Cosmos!! And who knows - if we open wide enough, listen deep enough - we might just get the JOKE!!!
CELLULAR AWAKENING (workshop) This is a workshop about oxygen, prana - LIFE FORCE. Yoga is about bringing the life force - the prana - oxygen into the body. Every asana is designed to bring the Life Force deeper into the physical Body. Ideally our yoga practice will serve to oxygenate or awaken every cell in our Being. When every cell is awkened with PRANA we are PRESENT. We fully inhabit our human form.The innitiate strives to become fully Present in order to - BE OF SERVICE - to practice Seva Yoga. No sense asking 'Why am I here?' - if you are not fully here. We will explore techniques for awakening the cells with prana and opening ourselves to our personal SEVA.
