Since 2001, Sarah Starr, host of internationally syndicated “Happy Yoga with Sarah Starr” has conducted classes such as “Power of Now” and “Breathing Peace” with thousands of people in local and national workshops and conferences, recently sharing the stage with Marianne Williamson at her Sister Giant Event in L.A. Her work has been featured in international publications, radio and a variety of podcast interviews, including “Inspire Me Today.” Having began her Ashtanga based practice in 1998 with Kathleen Kelly Hoffman, certified yoga instructor Sarah Starr, has since studied under the guidance of teachers David Swenson, Doug Swenson, Beryl Bender Birch, Michael Stone, Baron Baptiste, Rod Stryker, Rolf Gates and Rangani Cobo, MD.
