more about Stacy:
Stacy Dockins is an International Master Vinyasa Teacher, Yoga Teacher Coach and Yoga Life Coach.  She has been a student and teacher of yoga for over 12 years.  Along with her husband, Stacy owns and directs 2 bustling studios in Arlington Texas, The Yoga Project North and South.  Along with Deborah Williamson and Philip Urso, Stacy is a Founder of Live Love Teach, an International 500 HR teacher training program and yoga community, she is also the Founder and Director of Texas Power Yoga Teacher Training School.
Stacy found Yoga after many years of competitive Road Cycling and having 3 babies!  She went to Yoga as a way to heal her aching back and just happened to find healing in all aspects of her life.
“We all live crazy hectic lives and it becomes so enticing to live every moment from the craziness of our never ending thoughts–from this place, life becomes cluttered.  When I can spend just one hour with my focus on my breath, the fog lifts and life becomes much more clear, solutions appear to problems that seemed unsolvable, I see myself and others in a new light.  This is what I love about the practice of yoga.”
Stacy’s classes are known to take students to that place where the real practice begins.   In other words, her classes are challenging! “We don’t need practice for the easy times, we’ve got that down, where we need transformation is within who we are when the going gets tough, how we respond when life doesn’t go as planned.”
She presents yoga to her students as a true practice for life and as a platform for stepping out of the non-reality into what is real here and now.
Stacy has studied with many world renowned instructors and has trained extensively with and worked for Baron Baptiste through his International teacher training programs.  She accredits her love of practical anatomy to her studies with Paul and Suzee Grilley.
Stacy spends her days “working” her passion as she teaches classes, directs Teacher trainings at home and abroad and connects with her many Life Coach clients.  Stacy is married to Dave and has three children, Jake–14, Kera–13, Luke–11.  She loves biking, hiking, gardening and all things outdoors.
