Stephani Lindsey, Anusara-Inspired Yoga Teacher™
A near fatal car accident in 1998 laid the foundation for Stephani’s yoga journey. As a passenger in a “T-bone” collision, she suffered three pelvic fractures, a broken tibia, a punctured lung, concussion, blood transfusion, and coma. The doctors told here she’d never be the same. Anusara Yoga transformed her perceived body-mind battle into a sweet adventure. An instructor since 2004, Stephani has trained with Noah Maze, Naime Jezzeny, Martin and Jordan Kirk, John Friend, Douglas Brooks, and many others.
For Stephani, health is a priority. As a licensed massage therapist with a BS in Community Health Promotion, she has an extensive knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics. She seeks to offer knowledge and experience to help others achieve their highest level of health. In addition to practicing and teaching yoga, Stephani enjoys riding her bike, jogging, reading, writing, singing, being creative, and playing with her kitties.
