Harmony Fulton: 
I teach yoga because gives me the opportunity to teach students to practice non-judgmental awareness while performing physical postures. It’s that impartial awareness which makes the most noticeable difference in our lives. Being able to stand on your head when someone’s making you angry isn’t helpful! What IS helpful is the ability to notice yourself feeling angry without reacting. Calm under pressure; comfortable being uncomfortable; on-going internal attention: These are some of the concepts I impart in my classes with the goal of increasing my student’s day-to-day wakefulness, inner peace and joy.
