Experience the power of Qi Gong 18 Style
with Tommy and Julia McDonnell
Qi Gong is a powerful ancient Chinese Ritual. Often referred to as ‘Chinese Yoga’, Qi Gong combines slow, easy movements with rhythmical breathing producing health and longevity.
Qi Gong 18 Style moves every muscle and every joint in your body and massages all of your internal organs and glands.
The movements of Qi Gong 18 Style are so simple, so peaceful and so quiet, they are deceptive. After a 20-minute ritual session, you know that you have had a work out; but you also feel invigorated, full of energy, ready to take on your day, plus you have the bonus of feeling deeply balanced and quiet within.
